A Message from CYBR Live Management

Hello Everyone!

This has been an intense, nerve-wracking few months, but seeing you all welcome CYBR Live with such open arms has made it completely worth it. Thank you I could not ask for a better welcome.

We know there are always worries when something goes “corporate.” You wonder: “Will my favorite VTuber change?” “Will things feel less personal?” Let me be clear: that’s not what CYBR Live stands for!

We didn’t create CYBR Live to change our talents, we built it to support them. Since the foundation of CYBR Live, the consistent question between Galfred and me has been “does this help VTubers”. Our VTubers got this far because of who they are, and that’s exactly who they’ll continue to be.

So, let’s break it down.

What’s changing?

For you, the viewer: Almost nothing. You’ll still watch your favorite VTubers like always. The biggest change is CYBRLive.com, where you’ll be able to find stream schedules, updates, and merch in one easy place.

For our talents: Very little. We have been working together since December 2024. We officially became a company in March 2025. Not much has changed, and that’s the point. They’ll still stream as usual, just with more support behind the scenes. More tools, more resources, and more chances to collaborate inside and outside CYBR Live.

For CYBR Live: A lot.We now take a more direct line of communications with the viewers, which is new and very stressful, but exciting! We are now no longer just submitting paperwork to become official, and make sure we stay legal. We gain a bit more influence too, which allows us to reach our goals.

About the merch

Yes, we’ll have merchandise. And yes, revenue from that will go toward keeping the lights on (like the website), but more importantly, it will be reinvested directly into our talents. That means better gear, cool projects, and a few surprises they’ve been keeping under wraps

We’re here to back them, and you, every step of the way. We hope to not only meet, but exceed, the expectations of our Vtubers and their viewers!
